Truncated lighthouse teapot by Morey & Smith of Boston. This teapot is in near mint condition with a mint touch. The firm of Morey & Smith worked in Boston somewhere between 1841-56. David Morey one of the principals, was involved in several partnerships, Morey & Smith and Morey and Ober.

This pot measures 7 ¼” tall to the top of the finial, a fine example of a mid 19th century Boston teapot.
