A Unmarked Connecticut Tall Beaker Attributed to Samuel Danforth - SOLD

A Unmarked Connecticut Tall Beaker Attributed to Samuel Danforth

A fine example of and unmarked 5 3/16” tall Connecticut Pewter Beaker. This form was made by many of the Danforths and also the Boardmans. The workmanship on this example, particularly on the turned moldings on the foot and bottom lathe work, is indicative of those made in the shop of Samuel Danforth, Hartford, 1795-1816.
A very nice example of an unmarked Connecticut Tall Beaker.
