A Single Reed Rim Pewter Plate by Blakeslee Barns
This 7 7/8" plate was made by Blakeslee Barns, Philadelphia, 1812-17.
Barnes worked in the same building as Thomas Danforth III when Danforth was located in Philadelphia. They likely used the same molds.
The plate is in good condition metal and marks.
