An Unmarked Dram Cup Likely Danforth - SOLD

In the estate listing of Thomas Danforth II (Middletown, CT 1755-82)there is a mold listed for dram cups. This small cup has the same form of foot as is found on Thomas Danforth II's salts and sugar bowls. It is likely that these dram cups are from his shop.

The cup is in very good plus condition and measures 2 1/16" tall to the lip.The difference in the height from the other one we have listed, would have occurred in the turning process. (ON HOLD)
