A Pewter Victorian Decorated Ladle - SOLD

This pewter ladle with wood handle may have been produced by the Meriden Britannia Company of Meriden, CT. I would date mid 19th century.

The shaft on the ladle has decorative cast decoration where the shaft attaches to the bowl and on the upper portion of the shaft near the wood handle.

The ladle is in near fine condition and retains it's original paint on the wood handle (some flaking). The ladle measures 16 7/8" in length.
