A "LONDON" Marked Boston Pewter Plate - SOLD

This 12 1/4" Boston Plate is marked with a "LONDON" scroll touchmark used by several makers including Robert Bonynge and it is also found in association with the SEMPER EADAM gateway touch.

Dating from the third quarter of the 18th century this plate is in very good condition showing a good deal of use. The touch is strong and shows little wear.

A decent example of a relatively scarce and desirable pewter plate.
