A Fire Blued Musket Wrench for the 1861 Colt Special Musket - SOLD

This two blade screw driver/nipple wrench combination tool has a fine "fire-blued" finish, unlike many issue wrenches with a dark plain finish. A scholar on Civil War items informed me that these finely finished "fire-blued" examples were made to be issued with Colt manufactured Muskets.

In fine condition measuring 3 5/8" long.
