A Fine Baptismal Bowl by Lorenzo L Williams of Philadelphia. - SOLD

A pewter baptismal bowl by Lorenzo Williams of Philadelphia 1838-42. Although most of his pieces were of late design this baptismal bowl is of a very attractive design. The metal is in very fine condition with a slight amount of etching on the inside of the bowl. The outside surface is in near mint condition. The touches are mint as struck.

This is made of a high-quality metal and the workmanship is excellent. The bowl measures 4 11/16” tall and the bowl has a diameter of 6 ½”.
