A Pair of Near Mint Boardman & Hart 4 1/4 Beakers - SOLD

A Near Mint Pair of Unusual Size Tall Boardman and Hart Beakers. Boardman and Hart, New York worked from 1828-1853. It should be noted that these were made in Hartford and sold through the New York Office.

This firm made a number of different size beakers including the more common 3” range and 5” range beakers. Few examples of this uncommon 4 ¼” size beaker exist.
This pair are as close to mint as can be found they are as nice on the inside as they are on the exterior. The touches are absolutely mint and deeply impressed.

These are the first examples of this size beaker we can recall ever having and an nicer pair would be nearly impossible to acquire. Due to the condition these were likely used in a church.
