An English Pewter Master Salt - SOLD

This English Pewter "Master Salt" is 3 3/8" tall with a cup diameter of 4 1/8". The interior of the salt shows pitting that is typical of salts that were heavily used. Salt is an "enemy" of pewter.

This is likely from the late 18th to early 19th century. In very good condition.
