18th Century Three Footed Pewter Export Cream Pot

This three footed export pewter cream pot is marked 4 times with a rampant lion in circle touch along with an "X", At present I am not certain as to the maker.

It is without question, English and circa 1740-60. In fine condition metal and touches with some etching on the inside bottom. The piece measures 3 15/16" tall to the top of the handle. I would believe this was made by a London pewterer. (W&P)
